For our Group Orders, we handle the reception of all packages in France before distributing them to each participant.

If you are using DISHI as your proxy address, please note that EMS shipping fees are approximately 10€ per kg (e.g.: 10kg ≃100€). 

Due to these hight international shipping shipping costs, we recommend consolidating your orders with at least one other person to maximize your savings.

CONSOLIDATION FEES

For PROXY service only!

When you are ready to ship your items, you can submit a consolidation request. 

This involves combining all the packages we have received for you into a single parcel.

​

Pricing: 1,000₩  per additional package (starting from the second one).

​

Example: If you have 4 packages to combine into one:
The first package is free of consolidation charge. A 1,000₩ fee applies to each additional package. Therefore, for 4 packages, the total consolidation fee will be 3,000₩.

STORAGE FEES

For PROXY service only!

We offert 30 days of storage, starting from the day your package arrives at our warehouse.

Once this period has expired, storage fees will apply to EVERY package that has exceeded the 30-day limit.

Pricing: 1,000₩ per day per package.

​

Example: If your submit a forwarding request for 2 packages that have both been in storage for 35 days:
You will be charged for the 5 extra days for each package (5 days x 1,000₩  = 5,000₩ per package). The total storage fee for both will be 10,000₩.

Please note: Storage fees stop as soon as you submit your forwarding request. However, payment must be completed within 96 hours (4 days) after receiving our invoice. If the payment is not received within this timeframe, storage fees will be resume until final payment is made.

For PROXY service only!

Keep only the inclusions from your albums! We will carefully unseal your albums and remove all inclusions (photocards, postcards, etc.) to reduce your shipping weight.
Pricing: 1,500₩ per album.

Example: If you place an order for 5 albums but only want to keep the inclusions for 4 of them, the total fee will be 6,000₩.
