1. Who collects your data?

The DISHI website and associated forms are managed by the sole proprietorship DISHI (디시), registered in South Korea (개인사업자).

We are solely responsible for the processing of your personal data.


2. What data do we collect and why?

We only collect the information strictly necessary for the provision of our Proxy and Group Ordering services:

Identity and contact (Name, Surname, Social media username, Email address): To communicate with you about the progress of your orders and to identify you.

Delivery details (Full postal address, Telephone number): To ship your packages from Korea to France, and then to your home.

Order details: To purchase exactly the items requested from Korean suppliers.

Note on payments: DISHI never collects, sees, or stores your bank details. All payments are securely processed by our third-party partners (PayPal, bank transfers).


3. Who has access to your data?

Your data is never sold or rented to third parties. For the service to function, it is shared only with:

Our logistics partner (service provider) in France: We transmit your delivery information (name, address, contents of the package) to them so they can receive the entire package from Korea, prepare your individual packages, and finalize the delivery to you. This partner is committed to maintaining the strict confidentiality of your data.


4. Data transfer outside the European Union

By ordering from Dishi, you agree that your data will be processed in South Korea (where our company handles purchasing and logistics) and in France (for redistribution). South Korea has data protection legislation recognized as adequate by the European Union.


5. How long do we keep your data?

Order and delivery data: This is kept for the time necessary to finalize the group order or proxy, manage transport, and respond to any complaints (generally a few months after delivery).

Tax data: Proofs of purchase and invoices are kept in accordance with Korean accounting legal requirements.


6. Your rights (GDPR)
