Everything you need to know about DISHI: how we work, shippings, fees, group orders and proxy service.
1. About DISHI
1.1 What is DISHI?
디시 (DISHI) is a proxy address based in both South Korea and France. We offer different services (Proxy / Group Orders) to better match your needs.
1.2 What services do we offer?
Proxy: You request us a specific item, we purchase it in South Korea or Japan and then ship it to you.
Group Orders: Sometimes we organize shared purchases for certain items and then ship each person's order individually.
Photocards: We can help you look for specific photocards and try to find the best price as possible.
1.3 What languages do we speak?
French and English
Most of our posts are in English, but we are happy to answer messages in both languages.
2. How DISHI works
2.1 How to use DISHI?
2.1.a GROUP ORDER
Step 1 : Fill out the corresponding form.
Step 2 : Pay for your items.
The payment must match the price indicated in the form.
Step 3 : You will receive a copy of your form by email.
This email serves as your ORDER CONFIRMATION
Step 4 : Please wait while the item arrives in Korea.
Once we receive it, we prepare the parcel and ship it to France. *

2.1.b PROXY:
Step 1: You see an item you are interested in.
Step 2: You fill out the "Order Request" form.
Step 3: We confirm the price and send you a summary email.
Step 4: You complete the payment following the explained steps.
Step 5: Please wait while the item arrives in Korea / Japan. Once received, we prepare the parcel and ship it to you. *

2.2 Order process (from purchase to shipping)
Step 1: Order / Purchase
The item is ordered from the requested website or purchased in-store (mainly for pop-ups and offline merch).
Step 2: Item received at DISHI
We check the condition, quantity and store everything safely.
Step 3: Storage
- Proxy orders: 30 days of free storage before submitting a shipping request.
- Group orders: a few days of storage to allow us time to organize and sort items.
No action is required from the joiners during this time.
Step 4: Parcel preparation
Careful packing, item protection and boxing.
Step 5: Shipping
- Group orders: shipment to France.
- Proxy orders: shipment to your country. The tracking number is sent to you as soon as it is available.
Step 6: Final preparation and delivery to you
Once the parcel arrives in France (group orders), it is prepared and then shipped to your address.
2.3 Payment methods
We currently accept:
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
- Wise
2.4 Can I pay when the item arrives?
No.
Payment cannot be made after the item is received, as this would require us to advance the costs on your behalf. To avoid cancellations after purchase, payment is required before the order is placed.
3. Group orders (GO)
3.1 What is a group order?
A group order is when several people place the same order at the same time through our website.
Instead of everyone ordering separately, we place one bulk order. We then receive all items, sort the inclusions (in some cases), and ship the items to France before forwarding them to each joiners.
3.1.a What is the purpose of a group order?
The main goals of a group order are to:
- make certain items more accessible
- centralize and simplify the ordering process
- obtain bonuses
- allow inclusions sorting when possible
- significantly lower shipping fees from South Korea
3.1.b Inclusions sorting
With group orders, we can sort inclusions (photocards, pre-order benefits, etc.). This means that albums are opened.
We always do our best to match, as much as possible, each joiner's preferred member(s).
However, this cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on:
- the number of joiners
- the inclusions received from the shop
3.2 How to join a group order?
To join a group order, please follow these steps:
- Carrefully read the conditions listed on the form
- Fill out the group order form
- Complete the payment (lhe price is listed under each item, simply add up the items you want)
- Wait for the updates (there will be no update until the official release date)
3.3 What fees are included in a group order?
Group order fees usually include:
- Item price
- DISHI service fee, already included in the item price (around 3,000₩, depending on the product)
- EMS shipping fees (Korea ⭢ France)
- Domestic shipping fees (France ⭢ your address)
3.4 Are the products official?
YES, always.
We only purchase items from official shops and websites.
3.5 Where can I follow the group order updates?
We cannot create a customer account for every joiners as there are too many people involved.
Please refer to the order status available on our website, as explained above.
4. Proxy service
4.1 What is the proxy service?
The proxy service is used when you need a specific item that is not part of a group order.
This is a different service from a group order. It is a personal request, handled individually.
4.1.a Order request process
Step 1: Fill out the "order request" form.
Please provide as much information as possible (links, photos, screenshots, item details, etc.) to avoid any confusion.
Step 2: Receive a confirmation email.
You will receive an email with all your request details, including :
- item price
- service fees
Step 3: Complete the payment within 24 to 48 hours.
Timely payment allows us to process your request quickly.
Step 4: We purchase the requested item(s).
Once payment is received, we proceed with the purchase and update your customer account with a picture of the purchase confirmation.
(You will be contacted to receive access to your customer account).
Step 5: Storage period.
From the day we receive your item (in South Korea / Japan), you benefit of a 30 days free storage.
After the 30-day period:
- a storage fee of 1,000₩ per day and per parcel will apply.
- please make sure to submit your shipping request before the deadline.
4.1.b Shipping request
Shipping requests must be submitted before the end of the 30-day free storage period to avoid any additional fees.
When you submit a shipping request:
- we prepare your parcel.
- the 30-day storage countdown is paused.
⚠️ Make sure you have the funds before submitting a shipping request form.
Once you receive our email, you then have 96 hours (4 days) to complete the payment.
If the payment is not made within this timeframe, a late fee of 1,000₩ per unpaid day will be charged.
⚠️ No reminder will be sent.
Please make sure to frequently check your customer account to follow your storage time.
4.1.c Priority request
For any priority request (order that needs to be processed as soon as possible), the following fees apply:
- 7,000₩ if the order needs to be placed on a weekday.
- 15,000₩ if the order needs to be placed on a weekend.
⚠️ Important notice about priority requests
- Same-day requests will not be processed.
- Only priority requests will be processed on weekends
4.2 What kind of items can be purchased?
You can request many kind of articles as:
- Albums
- Merch
- Skincare / Make-up
- Clothing
- Figures
- Accessories (bag, etc.)
- Collectible cards (photocards, trading cards, Pokémon card, etc.)

Other items may be requested depending on availability and shipping conditions.)
4.3 What items cannot be shipped?
Dangerous / flammable products:
- Perfumes
- Sprays / Aerosols
- Lighters
⭢ Anything that can burn, explode or catch fire is strictly prohibited.
Batteries & electronics:
- Power banks
- Any item containing a lithium battery
- Electronic cigarettes / vapes
Plants and natural products:
- Plants
- Seeds
- Similar items
Medicines and medical products:
- Medicines
- Medicinal products
- Supplements
Weapons and restricted items:
- Weapons
- Knives
- Ammunition
- Similar items
Alcohol and beverages:
- Alcohol
- Drinks / liquids
Oversized items:
- Large umbrella

5. Shipping Information & Restrictions
5.1 International shipping
DISHI offers international shipping to most countries, with the exception of the United States.
Shipping to the United States involves numerous country-specific regulations, taxes, and customs restrictions, which makes the process too complex to manage under proper conditions. For this reason, we no longer offer shipping to the U.S
5.2 Domestic
For shipments sent from France, certain delivery services such as Vinted may not be available depending on the destination country. Even if the platform exists in your country, there may be no logistical partnership between our two countries, making this shipping method unavailable.
It is therefore your responsibility to check in advance which carriers are available in your country, in order to avoid any unexpected shipping costs.
5.3 Japan
In some cases, it is possible to have an order shipped directly from Japan to your country, without passing through France.
(⚠️ Please note: one order equals one shipment. Items from the same order cannot be split into multiple parcels.)
If you are unsure about your country or the available shipping methods, we recommend contacting us before placing an order.
6. Shipping & customs
6.1 How are shipping fees (EMS) calculated?
Shipping fees depend on:
- the weight of the parcel
- the size of the parcel
- the destination country
- the shipping carrier
The heavier or bulkier the parcel is, the more expensive the shipping will be.
(If your parcel is volumic but lightweight, shipping fees may be calculated based on the volume of the parcel rather than its actual weight).
For Proxy orders, please expect around 10€ per kg on average.
(The final price may vary depending on the parcel and destination.)
Group orders, estimated EMS shipping fees *
- Photocard: 0,50€ - 0,60€
- Album: 2,00€ - 5,00€
- Magazine: 4,00€ - 7,00€ (up to 10,00€ if the magazine is very heavy)
- Hoodie: 6,00€ - 8,00€
- T-shirt / Bag: 4,00€ - 5,00€
- Cap / Socks: 2,00€ - 3,50€
- Plush / Plush Keyring: 1,50€ - 5,00€
- Lightstick: 5,00€ - 8,00€
- Season’s Greetings / Photobook: 5,00€ - 10,00€
- Keyring / Jewelry / Similar items: 1,00€ - 3,00€

Actual shipping fees may vary depending on weight, volume, carrier and destination country.
⚠️ Once again, please note that larger and heavier items will result in higher shipping costs.
The more bulky or heavy an item is, the more expensive it will be to ship, as shipping fees are calculated based on weight and package size.
We recommend keeping this in mind when placing your order, especially for large or oversized items.
6.2 How do custom fees work?
Customs fees are decided by the recipient's country.
They may depend on:
- the declared value
- the item's type
- the recipient country's customs regulations
Sometimes there are no fees, sometimes taxes or import duties may apply.
We cannot guarantee, remove or influence customs decisions in any way.
If custom fees are not paid, the package may be returned to us.
Estimated customs fees (indicative only):
To give you a general idea, customs fees for group orders are usually from 0,50€ to 1,00€ per item.
For parcels shipped directly to an individual (PROXY), customs fees depend entirely on the destination country.
7. Delays & updates
7.1 Why can orders take time to process?
Delays often come from factors outside of our control, sush as:
- production delays
- shops shipping items later than expected
- busy periods (Christmas, Seollal, Chuseok, etc.)
- pre-orders
(While placing a pre-order, please keep in mind the item(s) will only be shipped from its official release date, never before).
In most cases, delays do not come from us.
Once the item(s) arrive to us, we always try to process everything as quickly as possible.
Also, if a shop does not communicate about delays, we cannot share the information with you.
(Please note that we are not a shop. We need to wait until all items arrive at our warehouse before opening the packages, checking the quantities, preparing them for shipment to France, and then dispatching the items to be sent to you. This process takes a bit more time.)

8. Refunds & cancellations
8.1 Can a proxy request be canceled?
After submitting the form but before payment:
YES, you can still cancel. As long as the payment has not been made, the request is not yet confirmed.
After the item has been purchased:
NO.
Once the item is bought, cancellation and refunds are no longer possible.
⚠️ Please avoid submitting an order request unless you are sure you can complete all required steps.
To help you plan ahead, you can use our price simulator available on our website under "Our prices" ⭢ "Order simulation" to get an estimated idea of the total cost.
8.2 Can I cancel my group order entry?
Before payment:
YES, it's possible to cancel your participation.
After the order has been placed with the shop:
NO, cancellation is no longer possible once the purchase has been made.
8.3 Refund
8.3.a When is a refund possible?
A refund can be made in the following cases:
- the shop cancels the item.
- the item is permanently out of stock.
- we made a mistake.
- there was a double payment / technical issue
7.3.b Refund processing time
Refunds may take 1 to 3 days, depending on banks and payment platforms. We will notify you once it has been processed.
8.4 Lost or damaged parcels
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, the responsibility of transportation belongs to the shipping compagny.
DISHI cannot be held responsible for incidents occurring during transport.

9.3 Response time
We try to reply as soon as possible, but response times may vary depending on:
- time zones
- busy periods
- order volume
Please also note we mainly answer from South Korea (KST time zone).
There may be a respond delay if you contact us while we are sleeping or during outside working hours.
9.3.a Response hours

- Saturday: responses may take a bit longer
- Sunday: we do not reply to DMs
