GROUP ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
By joining our Group Orders, you fully accept the following terms:

• Payment Commitment: You agree to make every required payment.
• No Refund Policy: Please understand that we do not accept refunds once a payment is made.

Usually, three (3) separate payments will be requested:

• ​1st Payment: Total cost of the items.
• 2nd Payment: International shipping EMS (Korea-France or Japan-France).
• 3rd Payment: Domestic shipping (France to you) + Customs fees (if applicable).

The 1st payment must be completed before submitting the form.

We ONLY accept payments in EURO (€) via:

• PayPal: Friends & Family service ONLY (STRICTLY NO NOTES)
• Credit Card: Via Revolut.

Specific payment details are provided directly on each order form.

Confirmation & Updates

• NO INDIVIDUAL CONFIRMATION: You will NOT receive a confirmation email after submitting your form. We receive too many requests to contact every participant individually.
• SUPPORT: You are welcome to message us if you want to verify that we received your request.
• ISUUES: If there is any problem with your form or payment, we will contact you directly.
• FOLLOW-UP: Once the items arrive at our office in South Korea, we will contact you (via the social media handle provided) for the 2nd payment.
  We will contact you again once the parcel reaches France for the final domestic shipping fees.
